Recent Announcements

It has come to the board’s attention that several solicitors in the neighborhood recently have made statements to homeowners that they were endorsed, sponsored, supported, contracted, etc., by the Homeowner’s Association.  The HOA board has no arrangements with any vendors with the exception of Fibersphere for our internet, and Showplace Landscaping, for front yard maintenance.  Anyone claiming otherwise is making a false claim.

The Annual Homeowners Association Meeting, scheduled for August 29th, 2017 had to be rescheduled due to lack of a quorum. The HOA board is in the process of rescheduling the meeting for a date to be determined.
