It’s that time of year again!

Now that school is back in session, please keep aware of your speed in the neighborhood as children will be out and about walking to their bus stops.

Attention Homeowners!

Parking on the street is becoming a huge issue, especially on 164th. There have been times when Pride Garbage Service could not pick up homeowners’ garbage due to an abundance of vehicles parking along the street.

Please refer to Article 4.9 Parking of the CC&R’s and be considerate of your neighbor’s.
