The HOA was unable to obtain a quorum at the July 27th Annual Meeting. As a result, a second meeting will be attempted on August 17th, 7PM.
Upcoming Board Elections
There will be several board vacancies to fill at the upcoming Annual Meeting. Interested homeowners should attend the meeting. Please feel free to reach out to your neighbors on the current board with any questions regarding roles and expectations.
Website Updates

Arbor Pointe Reserve Study
In March 2015, The Management Trust completed a reserve study for the HOA, detailing anticipated expenses for the HOA for the next 30 years. Funding for this long term maintenance comprises a portion of your monthly assessment. For those interested in seeing where we anticipate spending future assessments, this is a worthwhile read. South Cooper Mountain Development
As I’m sure most folks know, Beaverton / Washington County intends to develop South Cooper Mountain in a big way in the next few years. For the curious, you can read about the development plan here. Also, The Oregonian recently published this article on county funding for related road improvements.
